timeframe has been the partner of choice for multilingual services in outsourcing for more than 25 years. With more than 700 employees at 7 locations in Germany, Greece and Portugal, we do our best every day to provide the perfect customer support in over 13 languages. At three Greek locations in Thessaloniki, Serres and Volos, we are proud to employ over 200 people and offer excellent customer service to market leaders in the logistics and energy industry.
Last year, timeframe celebrated a significant milestone in its company history with its 25th anniversary. The fifth anniversary of the subsidiaries timeframe Portugal (2022) and timeframe Hellas (2023) were also important moments for all of us, but the success story goes on. Further development of timeframe is the only logical and right next step.
Therefore, on July 18, timeframe has been acquired by Transcom, a global leader in digital CX solutions. Transcom provides digitally enhanced customer experience (CX) services to some of the world’s most ambitious brands. More than 300 clients globally, including disruptive e-commerce players, category redefining fintechs, and technology legends rely on their services. Transcom’s over 30,000 employees work in over 85 contact centers and work-at-home networks across 27 countries, creating brilliant experiences in customer care, sales, content moderation and backoffice services.
For timeframe, joining Transcom means that we will benefit from the global footprint, the extensive experience within eCommerce, logistics, and tech, and the portfolio of progressive AI solutions for customer experience as well as other digital capabilities.
This acquisition is about combining Transcom’s and timeframe’s capabilities to continue to grow the business by expanding our footprint with existing clients as well as adding new clients. For our employees this creates ample opportunities to develop a career in a line or specialist role in a rapidly expanding global business.
“We’re happy to welcome timeframe to Team Transcom. This acquisition will further strengthen our on- and nearshore offering, especially in the German language. It also means that we’re expanding our footprint to Greece, a location with a large talent pool for many European languages”, says Jonas Dahlberg, President & CEO, Transcom.
We thank all of our clients, partners and our team for their trust for more than 25 years and look forward to the next steps together. We are confident that the acquisition can only create a stronger bond between us, our clients and our team so that ultimately we can provide the best possible customer service.
